“Really easy and fluent in my first time house purchase. Really welcoming and friendly group of people, who were always very good replying to my emails quickly and thoroughly. When it came to the point of recieving my keys, they were very pleased for me and explained what was what and handed me a gift box. This gift contained some very much needed items, and some lovely add ons. Genuinely can't complain, there wasn't one point where I thought 'no thankyou' or 'id rather not', the complete opposite.”
